  • 账单信息:购买订阅时,付款详情(如银行卡信息)由我们的支付服务商 Paddle 收集和处理。我们的服务器不存储完整的银行卡号。
  • 通讯信息:您联系客服或参与调查时提供的信息。

1.2 自动收集的信息

  • 使用数据:使用的页面与功能、交互行为、会话时长及功能使用情况。
  • 设备与日志数据:IP 地址、浏览器类型与版本、操作系统、设备标识符及设备类型。
  • 位置数据:由 IP 地址推算的大致位置(国家/地区级别)。
  • Cookie 及类似技术:用于保持登录状态、记住偏好和统计使用情况的令牌与标识符(见第8条)。

2. 我们如何使用信息

我们将个人信息用于以下目的:

  • (a) 提供本服务:创建和管理账户、处理提示词并交付 AI 输出,以及提供您请求的功能。
  • (b) 计费与支付:通过支付服务商处理订阅、开票及付款相关通讯。
  • (c) 支持与沟通:回复咨询、提供客户支持,并发送服务相关通知(账单、安全、维护)。
  • (d) 改进本服务:分析使用情况、调试及开发新功能。
  • (e) 安全与反欺诈:检测、调查和防范欺诈性、滥用性或违法活动。

This Privacy Policy explains how Zhiyun (Putian) Technology Co., Ltd., Room 301, No. 9980 Lihan East Avenue, Jiangkou Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, China ("we", "us", "our", "Company") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the iAgent Plus platform ("Service"), including our website, mobile application, and related services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable data protection laws.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

  • Account information: name, email address, and password or authentication credentials when you register or log in.
  • Profile information: preferences, settings, and any details you voluntarily add to your profile.
  • User content: messages, prompts, files, documents, images, and other content you submit to interact with Agents.
  • Billing information: when you purchase a subscription, payment details (e.g., card data) are collected and processed by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: information you provide when contacting support or participating in surveys.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages and features used, interactions, session duration, and feature engagement.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and device type.
  • Location data: approximate location derived from IP address (country/region level).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: tokens and identifiers used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage (see Section 8).

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • (a) Provide the Service: create and manage accounts, process prompts and deliver AI output, and provide features you request.
  • (b) Billing and payments: process subscriptions, invoicing, and payment-related communications through our Payment Provider.
  • (c) Support and communication: respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and send service-related notices (billing, security, maintenance).
  • (d) Improve the Service: analyze usage, debug, and develop new features.
  • (e) Security and fraud prevention: detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
  • (f) Legal compliance: comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
  • (g) Marketing (only with consent): where you have opted in, send product updates and offers. You may opt out at any time.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the Service you requested and process payments.

4. How We Share Information

  • Service providers and vendors: companies that help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and support tools, under contractual obligations of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Payment processing: Paddle (our merchant-of-record and payment provider) processes payments and related data. Paddle acts as a data controller/processor for payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
  • AI model providers: content you submit may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers (e.g., large language model and image generation services) to generate responses. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and limit such processing to what is necessary to deliver the Service.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With your consent: we may share information for other purposes where you have given specific consent.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

5. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated globally. Your personal information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including in China and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

We use AI models to generate responses to your prompts. This is part of the core functionality of the Service and does not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you outside of the content you request. We do not use AI for automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects (such as credit decisions) about you.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by posting the updated policy on this page, by email, or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect where required by law. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
