本页说明如何删除您的 iAgent.Plus 账号以及账号关联的个人数据，并说明删除的范围与执行时限。

⚠️ 删除账号是不可撤销的操作，我们不设撤销窗口或恢复期。账号删除后，其中的智能体、对话记录、上传文件、算力额度及订阅权益将一并失效且无法恢复。

一、如何请求删除账号

方式一：在应用内直接删除（推荐）

打开 iAgent.Plus 应用并登录您的账号。
进入「我的」→「设置」→「账号」→「注销账号」。
阅读提示后按页面要求，完成一次注册邮箱验证。
提交后账号立即停用，数据删除按下方第三节的时限完成。

方式二：通过网页端删除（适用于已卸载应用的情况）

在浏览器打开 www.iagent.plus，使用注册邮箱 + 密码或邮箱验证码登录网页端。
进入网页端的账号设置，选择「注销账号」。
阅读提示后按页面要求，完成一次注册邮箱验证。
提交后账号立即停用，数据删除按下方第三节的时限完成。

关于身份验证

为防止他人冒用您的账号提交删除请求，无论使用哪种方式，我们都会在执行删除前向您的注册邮箱发送验证，只有通过验证的请求才会被执行。除此之外我们不会要求您提供任何额外材料。

二、删除账号会删除哪些数据

数据类别	是否删除
账号信息：注册邮箱、用户 ID、昵称、头像、简介	删除
登录凭据：密码哈希、邮箱验证码记录	删除
好友关系：好友列表、好友请求记录、备注名	删除
拉黑名单	删除
私聊与群聊消息：文本、图片、文件、语音	删除
与 AI 智能体的对话历史	删除
您创建的智能体及其配置	删除
上传的文件、图片与语音附件	删除
推送通知标识（设备 token）	删除
订阅与购买记录（关联账号的权益状态）	删除

本页所述的删除范围，仅指您的私有数据（对话内容、上传的文件与语音、智能体配置、好友关系、昵称头像等）。

三、删除的时限

以下时限是删除执行的完成期限，不是数据的保留期。

生产系统：在删除请求处理完成后 30 天内删除或匿名化。
备份系统：备份副本在备份轮换周期内清除，最迟不超过 90 天。
第三方模型服务商：按合同约定，服务商不得长期留存用于生成回复的请求内容。

四、不删除账号，只删除部分数据

您无需删除整个账号，也可以单独删除部分数据：

删除单条对话或多轮对话：在对话列表中长按或左滑对应会话，选择「删除」。
删除单条消息：在消息上长按，选择「删除」。
删除您创建的智能体：进入智能体详情页，选择「删除智能体」。
删除好友或解除拉黑：在「设置」→「黑名单」中管理。
撤回授权或要求删除特定数据：发送邮件至 support@iagent.plus，我们将在 7 个工作日内答复。

This page explains how to delete your iAgent.Plus account and the personal data associated with it, and sets out the scope and timing of deletion.

⚠️ Account deletion is irreversible, and we do not offer a cancellation window or a recovery period. Once deleted, your agents, conversation history, uploaded files, credits and subscription entitlements are permanently lost and cannot be restored.

1. How to request deletion

Option 1: In the app (recommended)

Open iAgent.Plus and sign in.
Go to Me → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Read the notice and complete an email verification for your registered address as prompted.
The account is deactivated immediately; data is deleted within the timeframes in section 3.

Option 2: Delete from the website (if you have uninstalled the app)

Open www.iagent.plus in a browser and sign in with your registered email plus password or an email verification code.
Go to Account settings on the website and choose Delete Account.
Read the notice and complete an email verification for your registered address as prompted.
The account is deactivated immediately; data is deleted within the timeframes in section 3.

Identity verification

To prevent anyone else from deleting your account, we send a verification to your registered email address before any deletion is carried out, whichever option you use, and only a verified request is executed. Beyond this we ask for no additional materials.

The scope of deletion described on this page covers your private data only (chat content, uploaded files and voice, agent configurations, friend relationships, nickname and avatar).

3. Deletion timeframes

The timeframes below are the deadlines by which deletion is completed. They are not retention periods.

Production systems: deleted or anonymised within 30 days of processing your request.
Backups: purged during the backup rotation cycle, and no later than 90 days.
Third-party model providers: under contract, providers may not retain request content used to generate a response beyond what is necessary.

4. Delete some data without deleting your account

Delete a conversation: long-press or swipe the conversation in the list and choose Delete.
Delete a single message: long-press the message and choose Delete.
Delete an agent you created: open the agent detail page and choose Delete agent.
Remove a friend or unblock someone: manage this in Settings → Blocked Users.
Withdraw consent or request deletion of specific data: email support@iagent.plus; we respond within 7 business days.
