本准则为《用户协议》的组成部分。中英文如有冲突：中国大陆地区用户以中文版本为准。

一、总则

iAgent Plus 是一个可以让用户与 AI 智能体对话、并与其他用户建立好友关系、私聊和群聊的平台。

使用本服务即表示您同意本准则。本准则与我们《用户协议》《隐私政策》共同构成使用本服务的基础。违反本准则可能导致内容被删除、功能受限、账号被封禁。

本服务仅面向年满 18 周岁的用户。 我们不面向未成年人提供服务，也不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。

注册并使用本服务，即表示您确认自己已年满 18 周岁。请勿代他人填写年龄，也请勿将账号转让、出借或出售给他人使用（包括未成年子女、家人或朋友）。如发现用户未满 18 周岁，或存在代填年龄、账号转让情形，我们有权立即终止服务并注销账号。

二、禁止发布的内容与行为

以下内容一律禁止，无论由用户发布，还是通过提示词诱导 AI 生成：

1. 骚扰与霸凌

  • 针对他人的威胁、恐吓、持续骚扰
  • 人肉搜索、公开他人隐私信息（真实姓名、住址、电话、证件、工作单位）
  • 未经同意发布他人照片、聊天记录、音视频
  • 恶意举报、批量骚扰、组织化围攻

2. 仇恨与歧视

  • 基于种族、民族、国籍、宗教、性别、性取向、性别认同、年龄、残障的攻击或贬损
  • 宣扬或美化仇恨团体、极端组织

3. 性内容与未成年人保护

  • 任何色情内容、性露骨描述
  • 任何涉及未成年人的性内容（零容忍，将直接封号并依法上报）
  • 未经同意的性化内容、偷拍、深度伪造的性化影像
  • 性交易、性剥削、诱导（grooming）

4. 暴力与危险行为

  • 宣扬、煽动、威胁实施暴力
  • 血腥、虐杀、自残自伤内容的传播或教唆
  • 制造武器、爆炸物、危险化学品的具体指导

5. 违法活动

  • 毒品、管制药品的买卖与制造
  • 赌博、诈骗、洗钱、传销
  • 侵犯知识产权、盗版软件与账号交易
  • 黑客攻击、恶意软件、钓鱼

6. 垃圾信息与操纵

  • 刷屏、批量注册、机器注册、虚假账号
  • 未经同意的大规模营销私信
  • 刷量、刷评、伪造互动
  • 冒充他人或冒充官方

7. 自残与自杀

  • 宣扬、鼓励自杀或自残
  • 提供自杀方法的具体指导
  • 若您或他人处于危机中，请立即联系当地紧急服务或心理援助热线

8. 绕过安全机制

  • 诱导 AI 生成上述违规内容（越狱提示词、注入攻击）
  • 试图绕过内容过滤、举报机制或年龄限制
  • 破解、逆向、批量抓取本服务数据

三、AI 生成内容规则

  1. AI 输出由您负责使用。您可以举报任何不当的 AI 回复，我们会在 48 小时内受理。
  2. 不得使用本服务生成上述禁止内容，包括通过暗示、分段、编码等方式绕过过滤。
  3. AI 输出可能存在错误或不准确，不应作为医疗、法律、财务等专业建议的依据。
  4. 我们会在输入与输出两侧部署内容安全过滤，并可能对高风险请求进行拒绝或降级处理。

四、用户之间的互动

  • 添加好友、私聊、群聊时，请尊重对方意愿；对方可随时拉黑您。
  • 被拉黑后，您将无法向对方发起私聊、无法邀请对方入群、无法查看对方的公开内容。 该限制双向生效。
  • 群主与管理员的群内管理行为（移除成员、举报）属于正常运营行为。

五、举报与处理

举报方式

  • 应用内：每条用户消息、用户资料、每条 AI 回复均提供「举报」入口
  • 邮件：support@iagent.plus

举报类型

骚扰、仇恨、色情、暴力、诈骗、疑似未成年使用者、其他。

其中「疑似未成年使用者」用于举报疑似未满 18 周岁却在使用的账号，或疑似由成年人代填年龄、出借账号的情形；我们核实后将终止服务。

举报需要包含

被举报内容的位置（截图或链接）、违规类型、简要说明。请勿提交与举报无关的他人隐私信息。

处理时效与措施

阶段时效
受理确认48 小时内
审核决定5 个工作日内

处理措施按严重程度递进：

  1. 删除违规内容
  2. 警告并限制部分功能
  3. 临时封禁（7 天 / 30 天）
  4. 永久封禁账号
  5. 涉嫌违法内容：保存证据并依法向有权机关报告

涉及未成年人的性剥削内容、恐怖主义内容：直接永久封禁 + 依法上报，不设申诉前置。

申诉通道

对处理结果有异议，可在收到通知后 15 日内发邮件至 support@iagent.plus 申诉，标题注明「申诉 + 账号/内容 ID」。我们会在 10 个工作日内答复。

六、账号与数据

  • 账号仅限本人使用，不得转让、出借、出租或出售。 因账号转让造成的后果由原持有人承担。
  • 您可以在应用内或通过网页（https://iagent.plus/account-deletion）申请删除账号及数据。
  • 删除后，您的私聊记录、群聊发言、好友关系将从生产环境中清除；因法律义务需要保留的记录按《隐私政策》约定处理。
  • 举报记录与审核日志会保留用于安全与合规目的。

七、准则的变更

我们可能更新本准则。重大变更会通过应用内通知或邮件告知。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。

These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service. For users outside mainland China this version prevails in case of conflict.

1. Overview

iAgent Plus lets you talk with AI agents and connect with other users through friend connections, direct messages and group chats.

By using the service you agree to these Guidelines, which apply together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions or account suspension.

The service is intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not offer the service to minors and do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Do not enter an age on behalf of someone else, and do not transfer, lend or sell your account (including to family members or minors). If we find that a user is under 18, or that an age was entered on someone else's behalf, or that an account has been transferred, we may terminate the service and close the account immediately.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

The following is prohibited, whether posted by a user or generated by an AI agent through prompting:

  1. Harassment and bullying — threats, intimidation, sustained harassment, doxxing, publishing others' private information or media without consent, organised harassment.
  2. Hate and discrimination — attacks or slurs based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or disability; glorifying hate or extremist groups.
  3. Sexual content and protection of minors — any pornography or sexually explicit material; any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance: immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities); non-consensual sexualised content, voyeurism, sexualised deepfakes; sexual services, exploitation or grooming.
  4. Violence and dangerous behaviour — incitement or threats of violence; gore, animal cruelty, glorification of self-harm; instructions for making weapons, explosives or dangerous chemicals.
  5. Illegal activity — drugs and controlled substances, gambling, fraud, money laundering, pyramid schemes, IP infringement, stolen accounts, hacking, malware, phishing.
  6. Spam and manipulation — flooding, bulk or automated account creation, fake accounts, unsolicited mass marketing messages, artificial engagement, impersonation of people or of the platform.
  7. Self-harm and suicide — encouraging or instructing self-harm or suicide. If you or someone else is in crisis, contact local emergency services or a helpline immediately.
  8. Circumventing safeguards — jailbreaking or prompt-injecting to obtain prohibited output, evading content filters, reporting tools or age restrictions, scraping or reverse engineering the service.

3. AI-generated content

  • You are responsible for how you use AI output. Any inappropriate AI reply can be reported and will be reviewed within 48 hours.
  • You may not use the service to generate prohibited content, including by obfuscation, encoding or staged prompting.
  • AI output may be inaccurate and must not be relied on as medical, legal or financial advice.
  • We apply safety filtering on both input and output and may refuse or degrade high-risk requests.

4. Interaction between users

  • Respect consent when adding friends, sending direct messages or inviting users to groups; any user may block you at any time.
  • Once blocked, you cannot message the person, invite them to a group, or view their content. The restriction applies both ways.
  • Group owners and admins may remove members and report content as part of normal moderation.

5. Reporting and enforcement

How to report: in-app report entry on every user message, user profile and AI reply; or email support@iagent.plus.

Report categories: harassment, hate, sexual content, violence, fraud, suspected under-age user, other. The "suspected under-age user" category covers accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18, or where an adult entered the age on the user's behalf, or where an account has been shared; we will terminate the service after verification.

Please include the location of the content (screenshot or link), the violation type and a short description. Do not include third-party private data unrelated to the report.

Enforcement, escalating with severity: content removal → warning and partial restriction → temporary suspension (7 / 30 days) → permanent ban → referral to authorities for illegal content.

Sexual exploitation of minors and terrorist content result in an immediate permanent ban and a report to authorities, with no prior appeal.

Appeals: within 15 days of the notice, email support@iagent.plus with the subject "Appeal + account/content ID". We respond within 10 business days.

6. Accounts and data

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, lent, rented or sold. The original holder is responsible for any consequences of a transfer.

You may delete your account and data in-app or via https://iagent.plus/account-deletion. After deletion, messages, group posts and friend relationships are removed from production systems; records we must retain by law are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Moderation logs are retained for safety and compliance purposes.

7. Changes

We may update these Guidelines. Material changes are announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
